Prefer to do it from home? We can arrange for our courier partner to collect the item directly from you.
For returns, a SGD $5 return processing fee applies per return order and includes courier pickup. Once your return has been received and verified, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the $5 fee.
For exchanges, the SGD $5 courier pickup fee + standard redelivery fee will apply. Payment can be made through a secure payment link provided by our team.

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Defective Item/Wrong Order
For defective items or order errors, we will offer free return pickup service if photo proof is provided that an item is indeed defective and not damaged upon wear. Upon confirmation of the defective item, you will receive a full refund via your original mode of payment.

Once your package is delivered by the courier, Sensibilities is no longer responsible for the package. We recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the package.
International customers are responsible for any additional costs, taxes, import duties, or charges imposed upon delivery to the destination country. International customers who refuse delivery of their package will incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from their refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
