Our Return Policy

To return an item, please email our team at sensibilities.team@gmail.com with your order number and item to be returned, for us to process your return within 5 working days. Please note that a SGD$5 processing fee will be charged for each return order, which includes a pickup service by our courier partner to return your item to us. Once we verify the return, you will receive a refund via your original mode of payment, less the $5 return processing fee.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Defective Item/Wrong Order

For defective items or order errors, we will offer free return pickup service if photo proof is provided that an item is indeed defective, and not damaged upon wear. Upon confirmation of the defective item, you will receive a full refund via your original mode of payment.

Exchanges

To exchange an item (in return for a different size or a different product), you have to process a return on the original item and make a separate order for the new item, as you would for a new order. Shipping for the new item will be arranged separately from the return pickup, and a $5 return processing fee will still be incurred for the return.

International Returns

Please note that international returns will incur a processing fee based on the return pickup cost, calculated individually. SGD$5 is the flat fee for domestic return pickups only. Alternatively, customers can choose to arrange and mail their returns directly to us, with their chosen delivery service.
